Unacceptable and unconscionable… a scheduled appointment weeks earlier…arrived almost an hour early and still kept me waiting for 6 hours. Did not take my car in the bay for 4 hours and worked on it for 1.5 hours…then they charged me almost $150 an hour for labor. All to put some accessory marker lights on my new 2021 NISSAN Titan. I took my car in for a scheduled diagnosis. They did not do it that day as scheduled and I had to continue to call to follow up. After picking it up the next day, the printout they gave me charged more than I was told, they did adjust it. But the estimate was written in pen without a detailed explanation of charges or how much labor for the services recommended. 3 things were recommended, 2 things to be done first with the part costing $100 and labor $375. Had a great experience when I walked in. I didn’t feel rushed and I was assisted with Michelle. She was very patient with me and helped me narrow my options while shopping. Michelle showed me all the new cool features that I was used to in having a car. Test drove a couple of cars and came to the Sentra. I was very much comfortable in that. I bought my Nissan 3 months ago. I was having an issue with it, and my salesman Nathan Jarvis came to help me at work to troubleshoot. He recommended things to try which fixed the issue. He definitely went above and beyond! He was great to work with-would highly recommend him!!!!
Everything went well until I picked up the car. The explanation of features wasn't good. I indicated this on a survey sent to me. The salesman then confronted me by text, blaming me that he was punished for the poor demonstration of features! The sales manager offered to redo the demonstration, so I eagerly came in. This next salesman was rushed and rude, treating me like I was slow. I have a bitter taste in my mouth from this whole thing and hope to forget it all.
Salesman had me test drive a new Rogue then gave me a stripped down Rogue Sport. Never ever again
I bought a car and the money grubbers set up the loan such that extra payments can't go to principle and doesn't decrease the amount of interest on the loan.
