my mother bought a used car 3 or 4 months ago and HAS not followed through on parts needed to keep the car in safe working condition. I've had my daughter and cousin accompany my mom on several occasions to have the work done to the car and have been put off if not lied to. I will be sending an email to Corporate Nissan on how this dealership took advantage of an elderly woman. if they took some pride in what they do and not just score a quick sale. very disappointing to say the veryeast.

I had the worst experience ever with this dealership. I do not recommend anyone ever doing business with them. They are dishonest, rude and their customer service is extremely subpar. I have bought many cars and I have never been treated as poorly as I was by them. I would rather drive across the state than EVER spend a dime with them. Buyer beware, they will scam you and lie to you. Just dont do it.
