I went in on a Wednesday to get an oil change, tire rotation, and to have check a slow leak I had in a tire. The tech told me there was no leak, but that he tightened the valve, which should fix the problem. They also tried to play dumb about a $10 off coupon I had that was directly from the Web site. My issue continued, so I went back the following Monday where the tech told me that I now have a hole that is beyond repair. The service person told me "it could have just happened". Hands down best dealership experience I’ve ever had! We worked with Todd (as well as the awesome lady who works in finance I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name) and our experience was amazing! They were able to keep me under where I wanted to stay with my monthly payment, got us a great monthly payment and was willing to work with my bankruptcy! Had a great experience here! We got helped by Marco who went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted and kept our prices where we needed them. He stayed late to make sure we went home that night with a new Rouge. Anything we wanted to test drive he got for us. He answered all questions we had and was very great. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Nissan.
