After experiencing dissatisfaction with another dealer I phoned Neil Huffman Chevy Buick GMC dealership I spoke with Billy Kirchhofer and explained what I was trying to accomplish with my elderly aunt. Upon our arrival We were met at the door by Mr. Kirchhofer and intuitively know my name. He sat and talked with us until my aunt felt comfortable .
