I get all my oil changes at Neil Huffman GMC and they always provide with exceptional service Bobby the Service manager always goes above and beyond for my vehicle. I can not remember everyone that helped us but you know who you are. Ryan Akins, Isaiah I believe it was all the way down to the finance guy. These folks "do whatever it takes" to get you in a vehicle at a decent price. OTHER dealerships nearby could learn from these guys!! Got to mention my buddy Tracy Hicks as he talked me into going here. 😁
Five visits for one warranty issue. Five excuses, but no fix. I got a call from someone who assured me they would take care of my problem. That was over a week ago. Now the dealership won't return my calls and they delete my comments on their social media. A truly awful experience all around. Buy anywhere but Neil Huffman.
