Yes I was contacted and given some sage advice. I was not able to complete a buy and when told, the Huffman rep was very understanding and actually felt like they'd "failed" somehow. I assured them they did not fail-my circumstances changed my decision to buy closer to my home. Huffman understood that perfectly. Amazing what a little understanding can do to shake off the "gotcha" feeling car buying does to you. Not these guys-good outfit and worth your business.

Showed me this vehicle... Looked terrible, showed me a different vehicle and then turned me down after getting me approved for finance. I do not recommend anyone to this lot!

Worst experience I had they tell you one thing and do exactly the opposite I was told that the 2011 odyssey is going in detailing and it will be done the next day at 4pm I requested time off work to drive up there then about 10 am I get a call saying it’s sold not to mention that I was the first caller on this odyssey and was told that they would call when it’s done with inspection
A great experience with Mr. Hampton, he was very professional and provided a great explanation when asked questions. I was very impressed with his approach to selling cars.
