The team at the dealership were helpful, I didn’t feel pressured to make a deal. We did not choose to buy the car.
Great experience dealing with Cody and the entire staff at Neil Huffman Acura. We drove 5 hours to purchase this vehicle and it was exactly as described. They sent me a walk around video of the vehicle before we made the trip and answered all of my questions. They also had all of our paperwork ready for us when we got there and the vehicle parked under a shelter to hop in and drive it.

Bill contacted me quickly and provided me a personalized video of the exterior and interior of the vehicle without me asking. That was a great touch and very helpful since I live 400 miles away. They have a fixed price with no negotiation and the price on the vehicle was a good price. He helped me through the purchase and overall it was a great experience.

The sales people were very friendly and knowledgeable, however even though now they have repaired the car to remove the minor dents and scratches it had on it prior to my test drive I chose to take my business somewhere else. I had done car searches for vehicles with No Accidents, and if it had dents.... That to me is an Accident. May not have been reported to Car Fax but I'm not looking to replace one wrecked car for another Polished up @%#$ !! Otherwise they would have gotten a 5 star rating instead of 4. Good communication. But was disappointed with the price of the vehicle being increased from what it was discussed earlier. They would honor the price I saw but than increased the dealer fee to 700$ for a used car
