When i was getting work done and they were going to be in my mouth for a while, they put lip balm on my lips to help them from drying out. There was also a small sticker that i could focus on while looking up rather than staring at a screw in the light fixture or a random spot on the ceiling. Everything when as expected. There are 2 small things that a previous dentist did that i liked. First Visit Dr. Neil and her team provided outstanding customer service from the time I made my appointment as a new patient through my initial visit and care. They explained everything that was happening before it happened so I knew what to expect. The waiting area was comfortable with snacks, TV and up to date reading materials. My hygienist provided quality, thoughtful care. Thank you for a great first impression.
