Arrived on time and waited about 20 minutes. All new staff since my last visit and they seemed disorganized. Met 3 new people and only one introduced themselves. Blood pressure monitor didn't work then had to change rooms. Cleaning was very thorough. One of the best I've had. X-rays were quick and easy. Dr Neil spent a lot of time and was very thorough. Had t o fill out new forms upon checkout. Total visit took almost two hours when cleaning normally takes one hour. Dental care was excellent but logistics needs to be better.... read more
