I found the hygienist and doctor to be very professional and courteous I found the hygienist and doctor to be very professional and courteous. I was a bit less impressed by front staff in that my previous files were not readily found having used this dental practice for over 10 years. There was in fact an issue with spelling of my name. Would have thought that would have been identified before my arrival.
