I know dental work is expensive but I find that every time I have an appointment , even for a cleaning it costs me almost $200. Without insurance these costs are high for me.
I have been in here twice (so far), and I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Neil and the rest of the crew. Fantastic customer service and they work around my schedule really well.
Everyone at the office takes the time to explain 'throughly' everything they are doing and what needs to be completed for your dental health.
The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate my change of schedule. I am always informed of the procedure process. Very at tentative to my needs.the office environment is always so clean and very well organized and supplied. As a retired military member and treated within the high standards of the military dental units, Neil dental clinic surpasses way above and beyond their standards!
They are proactive to helping you with a plan for the best dental outcome. Also, they are quick to obtain answers from the insurance company.
Everyone one is extremely nice and helpful. Staff explained all procedures throughly. Will definitely be returning.
