Very friendly and informative. Put me at ease
Always able to get an appointment on short notice for emergancies. Staff is friendly and accomadating
I have never had the same quality of care that I received Dr. Neil's office. What a wonderful experience!
Arrived on time and waited about 20 minutes. All new staff since my last visit and they seemed disorganized. Met 3 new people and only one introduced themselves. Blood pressure monitor didn't work then had to change rooms. Cleaning was very thorough. One of the best I've had. X-rays were quick and easy. Dr Neil spent a lot of time and was very thorough. Had t o fill out new forms upon checkout. Total visit took almost two hours when cleaning normally takes one hour. Dental care was excellent but logistics needs to be better.... read more
Friendly staff with a big smile :-)
All the staff is friendly and helpfull
Everything when as expected. There are 2 small things that a previous dentist did that i liked. When i was getting work done and they were going to be in my mouth for a while, they put lip balm on my lips to help them from drying out. There was also a small sticker that i could focus on while looking up rather than staring at a screw in the light fixture or a random spot on the ceiling. Small things, i know, but when you are sitting in the chair with people in your mouth for 45 minutes they become big things. Just my 2 cents... read more

Dr. Neil and her team provided outstanding customer service from the time I made my appointment as a new patient through my initial visit and care. They explained everything that was happening before it happened so I knew what to expect. The waiting area was comfortable with snacks, TV and up to date reading materials. My hygienist provided quality, thoughtful care. Thank you for a great first impression.
