The service was "exceptional", and performed in a professional manor, in a very relaxed atmosphere.
Thanks for seeing me the next day after I called with my "tooth issue". There was a problem and I am grateful that it was taken care of before it became a big problem.
Even though the exam was different to what I experienced in the past, I felt it was very thorough.
The receptionist gave me a small tin of hand cream from her purse after hearing me comment about my hands being dry. Very kind.

I found the hygienist and doctor to be very professional and courteous. I was a bit less impressed by front staff in that my previous files were not readily found having used this dental practice for over 10 years. There was in fact an issue with spelling of my name. Would have thought that would have been identified before my arrival.
Dr. Neil is very accomodating & the new staff is great!
