Completely unprofessional from the moment you speak to the Receptionist and he seals the deal with his unprofessionalism. The Receptionist who is not there most of the time which means he answers the phone, was suppose to send me paperwork. When she realized she did not send the paperwork she a said, "I cannot be responsible for what does or doesn't make it through email". She admitted she forgot to send the paperwork!
