You can tell that Dr. Johnson truly loves animals. The whole office is very friendly and understands when your pet is anxious. It is a great clinic and everyone cares.
I recently moved to NRH and yesterday was my first visit to this clinic. Dr Johnson actually got on the floor to examine Maggie and continued to pet and comfort her during the exam! All the staff was wonderful and the facilities were very clean. I will definitely calling this my home clinic!

There is no other place I would trust to take care of my kitty. Ollie is always treated very well... The staff truly do love their jobs, you can tell in the way they greet and treat your fur babies. They can be a little expensive but it is totally worth it, and most of the time they will work with you.
I highly recommend Neighborhood Pet Health Center. Dr. Johnson is so caring and treats my furry babies as if they were his own. Dr. Johnson is so patient and answers all my questions. The staff is wonderful and the customer service is great.
I took my 2 dogs here for the last couple years and when I brought home my dog this time she died 5 hours after coming home. My other dog was acting really weird although he is 3 times the size of my Yorkie who passed away. After informing them about the incident hardly no apology, no incident report, and zero contact after the matter. Was very disappointed in service not only with the pet center but the customer service and ownership.
We've been going for 8yrs and we have loved all the vets and techs!! Everyone is caring and want to hear what you have to say about your pet. They also always get us in within that day or next few.
