I strongly discourage any HOA from ever contracting this company to serve as your management. Communication is consistently slow—responses to even simple concerns take far longer than reasonable, and when they finally do reply, the messages are often curt, dismissive, and fail to actually resolve the issue. Amanda Carr is the BOMB! She and Jenny are both such outstanding professionals as well as outstanding human beings. Their concern is apparent and their commitment to “do the right thing” is palpable. We couldn’t ask for a better management company for our HOA than Neighborhood Management.
