We paying over $5,000.00 a month for Landscaping Maintenance however, we don’t have legitimate security cameras at the pool. #smdh🤷🏾♂️
If zero stars available, that would be a better rating for Neighborhood management LLC. We have been managed by NHMLLC for two years in a new development, Woodward Oaks in Auburn Alabama. In two years we have had two dues hikes without warning. We went from $*** to $*** and then this year we went $*** to $***. We have a brand new townhome section that went up $*** in just one year. First, I believe it is important to point out that Neighborhood Management is just the management company for the association. We do not make the decisions on behalf of the neighborhood. The board of directors, which is currently the developer is the decision maker and approves any budget items or dues increases. Amanda Carr is the BOMB! She and Jenny are both such outstanding professionals as well as outstanding human beings. Their concern is apparent and their commitment to “do the right thing” is palpable. We couldn’t ask for a better management company for our HOA than Neighborhood Management.
When selecting a management company to provide guidance and direction to an Association, I would highly recommend Amanda Carr and her team at Neighborhood Management. I have found them to be attentive to our specific needs with the resources and experience to provide an expected outcome. Dealing with people is a challenge in and of itself and the team at NHM mitigates potential negatives of those issues by being responsive to each and every concern. I wish I could give them less than 1 star. This "company" is awful. The way they conduct business is ridiculous. I would never recommend hiring them as a management for your neighborhood, or honestly, hiring them at all.. for anything... I booked an event through them at my neighborhood's clubhouse and they double booked it with another person's event. I was devastated. In reviewing the details of this situation, you had initially booked the clubhouse for 10/26 over the phone with a representative from our company, and that is the date that you were scheduled to have your party at the clubhouse. When the clubhouse agreement was submitted to our office, you can see that the date was whited out, and changed to 10/19.
