I got my house through them, and I cannot thank them enough for all their help throughout the process. If I hadn't met with one of their counselors, I wouldn't have known what I needed to do to become an eligible homeowner. This is not a fast and easy process as they have to review all your financial documents, and even then, some people won't make enough income to become eligible, but at least they will tell you how much you are expected to make so you can work towards reaching that goal.
