First doctor I received care from was rude, predjudice and despite repeated visits and symptoms he blew them off. I was forced to go to emergency and was in the hospital with a blood infection for a week, then on iv at home for a week. As far as I know he’s still employed by Neighborhood Healthcare. I’ve continued with another doctor but due to their quick in and out policy I don’t feel I get the quality of care and individual attention needed. Doctors are pressured to see patients for very limited time.
I've been trying to get specialized testing for my daughter for years. She is special needs. All I got were excuses. Within 10 minutes of speaking with her, Dr. Wright said that he would request all the testing necessary. In less than a week all of the testing was scheduled. I finally got answers to some of her issues. Staff is great and extremely helpful.
