Since retirement I have visited Neighbauer 3 times and have been treated great. From staff to assistant to the dentist...all are courteous. Son has used them since 2007 and have had no issues. Will continue to use as long as they still have tv for me to watch. :)
Always get receipts when you pay something. I payed a payment now keep telling me I didn't or keep adding up random bills. The prices seem outrageous for what they charge even with insurance. Had my insurance info wrong in there system was billing insurance 60% instead of 90%.
We get bills from them for amounts that we don't owe (we have Delta Dental 100% plan) Billing person refuses to ever call us back and is *never* in the office when we call. Last time my daughter went for a checkup, they were very rough with her cleaning and broke her retainer. There are much better dental care choices in Stafford
