IF YOU HAVE DENTISTRY ANXIETY this is the place to go! Everyone one from the dentist, to the assistant, were caring not only about physically my pain level, but also my anxiety level. I was probably the worst patient ever, as I did not stop crying until I left the office chair. They run a little behind. My appointment was for 9 and did not see anyone until 9:20
I got an appointment for a root canal gone wrong. For some reason instead of addressing the issue, they proceeded to do a full workup of my entire mouth. I never asked them to do this, it was very unexpected and I'm not sure I liked them doing this without talking to me about it first. After it was done it was very evident they had NO intention of fixing rhw issue during that visit. They proceeded to sit me in a room with the finance person who handed me a very pricy estimate. Dr. Weld and her team are fantastic. However, the call center and getting messages to her from the staff is next to impossible. I called 10 times over a week period, it wasn't until I requested that my records be transferred did the message finally get delivered. Just ridiculous.
