I had a custom patch designed, paid for it and approved the design in December, and have never received it.. I have over 3O Email exchanges with this company and today I find out the patch was cancelled? this is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced... if I could give negative stars I would!
Sandalwood High School-Jacksonville, FL. colors are navy blue and gold. NEFFCO has a template for their school. When designing the jacket online, the illustration is a cartoon drawing which had the correct color. What I actually received was black sleeves & body with brown stripes instead of gold. The jacket is thin, lightweight & flimsy. The edge of the back patch had the correct color so it is available in their system. I sent it back with return label included and had to pay $16. Hate to say it, but we have placed two different orders with this company and both times our credit cards were compromised after our order. One card was new and had only been used once. Bank said they were a high risk company. Might want to pay another way besides credit card.

Someone is not communicating with parents who placed orders regarding football letterman jackets. Four months is a long time not to fulfil an order when the item is paid for.
If there was a negative button I would choose that. My wife sent numerous emails and made just as many calls. She was promised a return phone call from the manger the next day by noon. She never received that call. Here it is 3 business days later, and she called two more times leaving messages both times on the manager's voicemail. She has now been on hold for an hour and a half with no response. I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is deplorable.
I have been trying for months to get my daughter's letter jacket ordered. I have spoken with a local level representative, a customer representative and a manager. All who assured me they would personally handle my order and that my daughter's jacket would be ordered promptly or that they would look into what had happened with her order.
