First off, I rarely give bad reviews let alone a review on Facebook. I understand the value of reviews because I work for a screen printing and embroidery company and we are a small business. I had one of our customers recommended Neff Co for custom hoodies that had cut and sew hoods and drawstrings. We normally would do the embroidery in-house but didn’t want to pay for shipping twice, shipping the blanks to us, having them stitched up, and then shipping to the customer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I placed an order with this company on December 8, 2018. i spent $104. i put a / in my zip code by mistake. However, my phone number and email address was totally correct. There is only one Grovetown in Georgia. it would have taken one minute to google the proper zip code. Find a different company. It will be 3+ months for us to get a correct coat. Our High school recommends Neff, but they shouldn’t because they can not handle the orders correctly. Customer service sucks. Ordered the coat on November 14th for my daughters Christmas gift. $250 spent! Received on January 8th. It had the sport on the back flap instead if the last name. Do not order from them. You will never get your order. The address they list is in Ohio. Your items will be manufactured and shipped from outside the US.

They’re ok when you’re placing an order but terrible at any follow up if there’s a problem. Every time I’ve called they said I would hear back within 2 days from Customer Service. NEVER DID!!! This happened several times. Then I was told I would receive a call by the end of the day. NEVER DID! I can’t get anywhere! Who owns this company? It needs shut down!

If you place an order online, you are not allowed to make any changes. There should be a procedure to allow this IF the item has not yet been completed. They need to improve communication to the production line in the DR.

Placed an order on Dec. 4th. Website states 9-14 days for production. Spoke with a CSR on Dec. 21st who assured me it was being shipped that day. As of today it still shows that my order is "Processing". Just spoke with another CSR who stated that it actually takes 15-20 days production time during "peak season" and assured me it will now ship out on Monday. Assurances don't mean much at this point until I see that it has shipped. If it still shows that my order is being processed on Monday, I will dispute and reverse the ch... read more

How can Neff Co improve?! There are a million ways! This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They had the nerve to say they have been in business for 75 years. Stop telling people that as if it makes the company better. Results are the determining factor. I am a graphic designer. My clients (25 of them) wanted the old school cardigans. Ordered my sons letterman’s jacket, nothing special order, it took a month to get here, which was fine but when it got here it had a different kids name on it. I called several times and every time I called I had to explain the situation again and again. They didn’t seem to keep a record of my problem anywhere. Still haven’t received my correct patch yet with MY sons name on it.
