incredibly frustrated by their service. I bought a lovely Letterman jacket for my high school senior in early September. It arrived in late November with a lettering error. they sent me a return label and told me they could fix it no problem and it would be back to me before Christmas. i have heard nothing since Nov 29 and have tried all week to get the sales rep or someone in customer service to give me a concrete answer as to the location of this Christmas present and I am getting vague answers. to top it off my sales rep ... read more
Do NOT buy from this company!! They lost my niece's order for a leather jacket which was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Even though this was their company error, a few representatives from this company said the jacket will arrive sometime in February instead of by Christmas. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE!! This company cashed the check back on November 15th. Mike Neff, president of this company, needs to make this situation right IMMEDIATELY!!
Ordered almost $200 in patches for my son’s jacket. Waited for the 4-6 week turn around only to receive an incomplete order. Called the company to be informed it would be at least another 4-6 weeks for them to send us the missing patches - asked about adding one additional “C” patch and was told I had to pay for additional shipping and handling for that even though they are sending us the missing patches at the same time. love my sons jacket. I received it about two weeks earlier. They even called me to make a recommendation to change something to make the jacket look better. Can not wait to give it to him for his Birthday.
Although this company made our regional patches the picture and the actual item did not really match. It seems like they made a shortcut on embroidery and didn’t make letters wide enough to contrast like the picture showed.The worse part is they made it out to be our fault and told us if we didn’t like it to reorder at our own expense. Terrible customer service in my opinion. Think twice about ordering from a company that doesn’t stand by their craftsmanship.
My daughter’s jacket was accidentally damaged at a local shop when her latest patches were being sewn on. Tiffany in customer service was so understanding and made the process of returning the jacket to have the sleeves replaced incredibly easy. The jacket was returned two full weeks before the estimated ship date, and my daughter was so thankful to have it back for the first game of the season. Thank you, Neff, for not only quality jackets, but a quality experience.
I ordered my sons jacket from this company, the first thing wrong was the delay due to the company adding the wrong graduation year, the logo for the school is snagged which I could live with but the main complaint is in the back of a BOYS WRESTLING jacket-it was ordered to be ULHS all caps representing Upson Lee High School. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM I went online and ordered a letter jacket for my son's school. The jacket came to me with the wrong emblem (which I paid extra to get). Upon contacting customer service, I was told I would receive a call back within 48 hours (I did not). Upon contacting customer service a second time, I was told it was my fault that I did not order through the school (wait... what????) and that the emblem on the website was two years old and only an unapproved sample so there was nothing they could do for me. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! STILL waiting for a jacket I ordered at the end of November! Sent them for the first time FEB 26th!!! Spelled our name wrong so I had to send back to them on my dime, they received March 3rd and I still DO NOT HAVE BACK!!!
