On a rainy night in Portland, my wife and I had the pleasure of dinner at Ned Ludd's. From nettle-infused soda, through to a root mash medley, local and seasonal flavours prevailed through the evening. I highly recommend visiting to see what Jason and the team have to offer - you'll not be disappointed!
