Always interesting food, with high standards. We are glad to see the wait staff is taken care of by the restaurant and makes a living wage, and the chefs rely on local ingredients. Good food, good politics.
We had an amazing Christmas Eve dinner at Ned Ludd. The flavors of our meal alone would bring us back. But wait, there's more! The concept (one oven, fresh local ingredients) is amazing, the dishes are complex and satisfying, and the staff are very nice, and just plain good at their jobs. I would recommend any form of meat here especially, trust me, they know what the heck they're doing. We loved eating at Ned Ludd and absolutely will return.
