Dr. Gutman is an excellent clinician whose knowledge and judgement I have depended on to help keep me and my family healthy for over 20 years. His warm and supportive nature make visits to him and his team something I look forward to.
The problem is with the receptionist, not the doctor. Ruby was incredibly rude to my mother on Friday, October, 10th. Ruby wanted my mother to wait until all the other patients were checked in before attending to my mother's inquiry about an appointment. My mother had already waited behind two other patients as well as spent an hour with the technician undergoing her examination, but Ruby wanted to my mother to wait longer.
