Great people! Sold and bought our home from them and referred my parents who also bought through them!!
We used Ned Baker to sell our house and buy another house a few months later. Our listed property was so beautifully displayed online and sold very quickly. We loved the service. Then, when we purchased another house we were very well taken care of. The house we purchased was a bank owned property that had sat for almost 6 years. My wife and I had decided to downsize our home to have a more flexible income--so, basically opposite of what most people at looking to do when they are looking for a real estate agent. Levi got us top dollar for our existing home, giving us many beneficial ideas for small d.y.i projects to increase the home's value. He then was very patient and helpful as we looked at many homes in our area and price range until finding a beautiful home we love...this February will be one year. After a long stint in the military, our family was finally moving back to the area. We purchased a home that was listed through Ned Baker Realty. It was not your typical home purchase and had a lot of room for things to go wrong. My husband was out of the country and I was trying to get through the process by myself and with three kids. We were represented by another agent but Levi Wilson made sure that everyone was always well notified of what was happening as well as comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend!
