Beware property owners Warning property owners: Be very careful when dealing with their property management team. We found them to be difficult to work with and poor communicators.
Poor Service Ned Baker Real Estate have some amazing houses that we were interested and we kept on looking until we found a house that we loved but couldnt' get in. We called and they said that they'll call us back but they never did! I spent 30 minutes at the damn house waiting for a call that obviously wasn't going to come. Did they not care that they had potential customers? And I called again the next day and gave me a useless answer saying "Oh really? Well let me see what's wrong and we'll call back" They didn't. Poor Service If you plan to be a tenant of Ned Baker Reality I would suggest you reconsider and try another company. The last thing the staff at Ned Baker Reality would like to do is help a tenant find a place to live. Every interaction I had with the staff resulted in me leaving more frustrated, confused and overall disappointed. They need to be more responsive I rent a house through Ned Baker. I had a problem with the door on my room and it took them about a week to solve the problem. Other than that, they are flexible with the payment method and explained all the details about the rental when we signed the contract. And they do not bother without reason if you pay the rent on time. In addition they are flexible about the pet policy.
Good experience if you treat them right If you are prompt with payments and communicate well, you should not have any trouble with this property management place. Overall, good experience if you treat them right.
