Nebraska Home Appliance arrived during the time they said they would. They kept me updated as to when to expect him. Jake the technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. After he was done he explained what he did and cleaned up after himself. If you need a pull appliance repair I highly recommend Nebraska Home Appliance.

Somewhat dishonest. The diagnosis was accurate and quick. However, they wanted to charge my family $250 to change out a relay switch on a refrigerator. Claimed the part was $80 but by all accounts the OE part is $45 and you can find a generic for $8-12. The swap takes 3 minutes max. The only reason I called was because I didn’t have time to trouble shoot the issue on my own. At least they didn’t claim I needed a new compressor which would have been the ultimate in dishonesty. Probably still won’t trust these guys again.
