RecommendedNebraska Home Appliance is a first rate business to go to for appliance repair. Their technician Travis was very professional and repaired our refrigerator under warranty. We have used them in the past and will continue to call them for appliance parts and service.

Nebraska Home Appliance was great to work with. They were able to come out the next day and fix my refrigerator. The technicians were very professional and friendly. They came fully prepared, were efficient, and cleaned up and honestly left the area around and behind my refrigerator cleaner than it was originally. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again with any appliance needs or issues. I'm 100% satisfied.
Top notch experience from start to finish. After the appointment was scheduled, they kept in touch with me about the appointment and sent me a link to follow my technician's schedule throughout the day so I could gauge when he was coming. Very professional service tech, Darrin, arrived punctually, wearing gloves and a mask and put on booties when he came inside. We were pretty sure our refrigerator was going to be a lost cause. We even picked out (and almost ordered) the replacement. I decided to reach out to Nebraska Appliance to see what a service call would be. On a SUNDAY NIGHT, I got a reply over Messenger. I used the link to schedule an appointment. I was able to get the time I wanted AND my refrigerator is back up and running!! The communication and service was seriously AMAZING!!! I highly recommend Nebraska Home Appliance! :)
We are very satisfied with the work done by the service rep on our dishwasher. He was courteous and efficient. He explained what was wrong when done and kept our cost to the minimum.
