Horrible customer service, especially the manager. I will never use this company again. I reported them to the BBB.
On October 9 we had the mother board replaced on the ice and water door, which cost us a total $375. Well the mother board went out again 10 days after the 90 days warranty. We were told we would have to pay another service fee and mother board. My issue is if they would have put the cover to the mother board on correctly maybe this would have not happen. I would never recommend a place that cannot honor something that was a few weeks after the warranty especially when they can just sent the part back for a refund. Thanks!
Very poor customer service and two bad service visits first time tech used towels and left dirt everywhere second time out tried to charge me 210.00 dollars for a repair when the part retails for 45.00 only very bad cust service
