I called and they got me in that week. Alli came and fixed my dyer. Not only did he fix what was wrong. But he gave us feedback on what we can do to not cause the same problem. I highly recommend this company. Awesome customer service.
We appreciate the though and courteous service. Our technician, Derek, is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. He is an asset to this company and should be accommodated and given a hero’s shoutout, bravo. He cleaned up and corrected the problems that plumbers left behind.
Nebraska Home Appliance was so friendly and quick to help me when I needed a pulley for my squeaking dryer. They didn’t try to sell me on any services and let me know exactly the part I needed to be able to fix it myself. They had the part in stock and within the 15 minute drive there they had my order ready and delivered it to my car safely wearing masks! Quick service, very responsive and informative. They went the extra mile for us!
They have come out several times for us and always been friendly and fixed the problem. Most recently, Darrin worked hard to determine a problem with our dishwasher and inevitably saved us a lot of money and time
