I was told not to buy from Nebraska Furniture Mart because they would give a delivery date, then a few days before, they would postpone the delivery by several months. I should have listened. Falsely advertised a deal. The sign physically in the store read Memorial Day Sale, they ended up being closed and only had a tiny line on their site. I found out when I put I was looking it upon my gps. They lied, hands down. When we tried to called them out this they rudely told me they won't do anything, and that they "encourage" customers to reach out about what the times NFM are opened. No attempt to take responsibility for false advertising.

I fully paid a couch in January 2021. I was told it would be delivered by February 2021. It's May and I haven't received anything yet. Every time I check the status of the order it gets delayed by a month supposedly because of covid. The most recent date is June 2021. Five months of delay is not acceptable.

Covid 19 has impacted vendors' ability to source the raw materials they need to manufacture their products. On 3/3/2021 I purchased two Natuzzi leather reclining couches (2 & 3 seaters) from NFM. They arrived severely damaged. To date, I've received replacements 5 replacements for a total of 7 couch deliveries. After all of that, only 1 out of the seven deliveries were undamaged (a 2-seater). Across all deliveries, the damage has almost always occurred during delivery.
