I have purchased glasses here for years. I only started having to have my eyes checked here when my Ophthalmologist retired a few years ago. I like them. Friendly. My eye health is great and vision hasn't changed enough to have to get new frames. They did ask if I wanted to purchase new frames? No thank you, but I appreciate you asking for the sale.

Dr. Rienks is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I liked him a lot. His staff is who I'm unhappy with. They ordered the wrong prescription contacts for me twice. First time I had to wait 3 weeks just to get my diagnostic lenses. This time I've waited over 5 weeks and still counting for my order. I understand that mistakes happen, but the same one, twice in a row!? The least they could've done was overnight them to me. Instead I'm forced to wear my old prescription glasses with scratches and hope they didn't screw up ... read more
