I was amazed with the kindness and patience this place showed my children. The doctor was outstanding! My special needs children didn't have to be forced to do anything. There wasn't any discomfort or screams as we have had in the past. We were pleased and so very thankful to have a positive experience. Thank you for all you did to make my children have an easier time.
This is the place to go if you like friendly, down to earth ,highly intelligent and affordable eye care. These people do care and at the same time treat you like family. Over the years I have been to many but this place is tops and I am very persnickety and live by the old saying" If the truth hurts then wear it!" This is the truth and I will wear it along with my glasses!
Super helpful staff! Great eyewear collection! Dr. Reinks is a detailed, yet personable doctor. My biggest surprise was receiving health tips to help with overall eye health. That is complete care!
Absolute perfect experience at the Nebraska Eye Institute. From the scheduling/office manager Linda to the eye doctor Dr. Rienks, every interaction is personalized and of utmost care and professionalism. Went to see Dr. Rienks 4 years ago as I was diagnosed with keratoconus which caused 24/7 migraines. He said glasses would not improve my vision or solve my blurry vision causing my headaches. I lived with it for several months then got a second opinion. So glad I did as I got glasses which brought my 20/80 in one eye down to 20/30 and resolved the blurriness and headaches completely.
The staff is very friendly! Helpful and inviting for questions and concerns. I’ve been a patient at this place for over 15+ years and have yet to have a bad experience! My 8 year old daughter is now a new patient and they made her first visit very comfortable for her. Highly recommend.
