I have to say I was a bit annoyed that I had to wait when I first arrived in the office at the front desk until I went looking for someone and then my appointment started over 30 minutes late. HOWEVER.. the staff and Dr. Margio were very aware of the wait and quite apologetic without my prompt of the unusually long wait. Especially this being my first time in the office.. my first impression was leading me out the door... but their attention and over compensation for the wait was above and beyond. Dr. Bryson is an excellent, thorough and patient oriented dentist. The office manager, Sharon, is also a pleasure to work with.
Weird to say but I really do like going to my cleaning appointments. Its like a two for one...I get to vent about my day and get my teeth clean for the same price. Lol. On a serious note I love how all the staff are happy and cheerful they treat me like a person and remember past conversations even 6 months later!!! If my insurance would approve it I would get my teeth clean weekly to see the doctors and staff!!! Thanks a bunch!

Everyone here is so friendly and they always give the best service. I'm getting married this week and they made sure to get me in so I'd have a cleaning before the wedding as well as threw some extras in my goodie bag for my special day. super sweet staff all around. These are the kind of people you know will always take care of you.

I went to see Dr. Margio for an eval and cleaning. She was gentle, honest and had the latest tools. I am going back to have laser gum surgery only on one tooth.
