When a loved one is admitted make sure you bring your own medical degree. Watch your loved one 24/7 for signs of change. The staff watch the machines and not the patients. They scoff at family bringing things to their attention. After 2 days of pleading for further testing our loved one was finally sent by ambulance to UAMS for a brain bleed with only hours remaining. The MRI was delayed irregardless of our tearful pleas. They are understaffed and I'll trained in ICU. Sad situation
Brian and I have had alot of different test done here and everything and everybody was AWESOME except I've heard from alot of people that the ER is so slow it's unreal but because of that I haven't been to the ER here but anything else we will come to NEA

NEA was a Fantastic experience ! Everyone from admissions, nurses, and Doctors were excellent and puts PARAGOULD AND ST BERNARDS TO SHAME!
I had a hysterectomy in April, very clean staff was great& Dr Dunn was wonderful highly recommend them:)
NEA Cafeteria has got to be the absolute worst in Jonesboro!! Unfriendly staff, exorbitant prices, and horrible food. Such a shame that this brand new hospital has not got a decent place for patients' families to eat.....

Dr. Woodruff was sort of rude to my mother. I do not like that at all.
