Best hospital, doctors, nurses, and entire staff, hands down!!!! We have always received excellent care!!!!
We are now dealing with the women's clinic and the manager there, Lisa Mathis. They have been so rude and not willing to go the extra mile. The hospital visit went great for my wife. If you have a choice stay away from the women's clinic and avoid Lisa Mathis, unless you want to be lied to and mistreated.
I thought everyone did a great job. We are lucky to have such a nice facility close by.
Week staff was great, the weekend staff on the third floor sucks big time. Rude and didn't want to do their jobs. This hospital use to be the best but since the new one opened it has gone down hill. Not sure why but maybe it grew to fast and has gotten less picky on the hiring of people. Again kudos to the week staff not the weekend.
I've been here with Dad since about 11:00am. Everyone one has been 'GREAT'. Everyone is friendly keeping me informed. So far so good.
They have taken excellent care of my mom and I will never go anywhere else again!
Dr Wallace isn't a compassionate Er dr. at all and treats you as a pain seeker even though I never asked for Pain meds, and did not follow my Dr orders probably the reason I'm having home iv antibiotics. She needs prayers. I can always tell when those whom n the med feild are there for passion of helpin and those ther for money and job.demands that is a secure constantly needed. I pray for her.
I HAVE BEEN COMING TO NEA HOSPITAL FOR YEARS! THE STAFF TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE FAMILY!! I HAVE HAD 2 SURGERIES HERE AND EACH TIME I WAS WELL TAKEN CARE OF BY ALL THE STAFF!! DR CRAWLEY IS MY PCP AND HE IS THE BEST DOCTOR IN THE WORLD!! THIS MAN HAS LITERALLY SAVED MY LIFE TWO TIMES!!
I was there to visit my brother, he recently passed away but he,his family and I were pleased with the concern and care that they showed to him.
