They are very reliable. They always call ahead for their appointments. Their rates are very reasonable where the other companies just keep going up and up.
Great everything From first contact through install and (NCA's) follow up call. Could not be happier or feel more secure, and cost was a fraction of quote from another provider.
I can't say enough great things about this company. I have always received the best service and you can't beat their monthly rate. I especially like that they're a locally owned company, and not a large national chain. It's rare that you find a company that you don't have any problems with... this is one of those companies. I highly recommend them!
Considering that I have a husband who travels a considerable amount, home security is top priority at our house.
