Excellent experience throughout. Our loan officer was knowledgable and quick to respond and very helpful guiding us through the process of a refinance. Questions were addressed in a detailed, honest and straightforward manner. From beginning to closing we felt engaged in the process, were provided timely updates and status and there were no surprises. Would highly (and have) recommend to others.

My loan was closed by **** *. within two months of the first application. **** was responsive to all of my questions. The interest rate was excellent and the process of signing electronically (except for necessary closing papers that had to be notarized) was a real time-saver with a lender in another state. They even hired a notary to visit my house. NNBKC and **** *. were phenomenal with which to deal. Both lived up to their well-deserved reputation..

Very positive experience. I got preapproved by 5 lenders and this was the lowest rate. I thought I was going to take a customer service hit for the rate, but I was dead wrong. I was deployed during the process which added a layer of complexity, but they worked with me throughout the whole process to make it seamless and minimize any actions I had to take. Very appreciative of the experience.
