We refinanced our home with NBKC Bank (combining a first and second mortgage). The process was easy. **** **** was a loan officer, and he skillfully walked us through the process. Communication was fantastic! The process was completed mostly online with an in-home visit from a notary for part of the closing documentation. Highly recommend NBKC Bank and **** ****!
My refinance with **** **** was very easy and fast. I upload all the necessary information and we closed at home with zoom. By far the best and easiest refinancing. I had several questions for **** during the process and he answered them timely and fully.
The entire process was smooth and mostly electronic. The team explained every step and was patient and transparent along the way. Excellent customer service!
**** used to be our favorite bank. Then a new executive took over and branches were closed, hours open to the public were cut with no weekend hours, interest on interest bearing accounts were cut, interest penalties for early withdrawal were dramatically increased to be the worst in the industry, and distinctive customer service touches eliminated (ice cream treats in branches).
