When I found myself needed to make a change I could only think of one person I knew could help and that was **** **********. We have worked with him in the past and I knew he would take care of my needs this go around. The process was so smooth **** took care of everything, he knows his job so well and that makes it so easy for those of us lucky enough to work with him.
I was very happy working with NBKC Bank - our loan officer (Zach) was extremely helpful and transparent for walking through the process, which was especially useful as first-time homebuyers. They do not care about sole proprietors. During a pandemic, they rejected a $1000 grant that I never got back. Management is horrific, especially ****. PPP loans are being deposited into ******** because this bank is just ridiculous.
Changed the interest rates right after I joined. All blame goes to ******* apparently but I doubt it.
Our loan officer was outstanding. Very responsive and clear with explaining everything. Refinancing was so easy.
