Overall great experience. *** was my loan officer and she did an amazing job shepherding the whole process and getting me to the finish line. There is always room for improvement when it comes to communication of what is going on, but considering the complexity of my transaction, I think this was handled really well. Remember, not all refinances are created equal, so being able to help me for my particular situation was great and very much appreciated. High marks from my side.

We are so happy that we made the call to compare rates. It has been a pleasure to work with *****, he is a professional person that answers your questions and is able to offer a competitive rates. Although, we presented him a short deadline to close , he offered a good rate and was ready on time.
Really enjoyed working with ****, just wished the backend process was a little bit smoother and automated. We did a debt consolidation refinance. With the exception of our first mortgage we were sent paper checks to mail to all the other debt holders in amount more than we currently owed. Now we are awaiting about $5K in refunds.
