We pay over $1,500 a month for a small 2 bedroom apartment. My roommate has lived there since August, I moved in after but we’ve had at least 10 things go wrong in the apartment as far as the appliances and the walls since November and we have made sure to be extra careful. They charge for convenience fees on things we don’t even use with no option to opt out and we are required to use their rental insurance, not our own which is significantly better and costs less.
