NaviCare doesn't care. My father-in-law had heart surgery, the doctors, the nurses, the PTs, and the OTs all recommended rehab. NaviCare denied rehab and snf facilities and took 2 weeks to do so as my Dad went downhill. I would put these people in jail if I could. To give them 1 star (lowest I can give on Google) is frankly offensive to me.
I have just joined navicare and right now the people I have dealt with Lauri , Alyssa , a nurse that I talked to were so nice kind they explained everything in such detail in fact every person I talked to were so wonderful it's hard to believe ,all the benefits and what they have to offer in health care is fantastic I recemend anyone that is over 65 to look into this wonderful plan new member David Dorr. Wàreham Ma.
