Dr. Duggal refused to schedule me for a second opinion of the diagnosis reached by Dr. Fatti, also a physician in the SOS group. Draw your own conclusions, but I believe SOS doctors are reluctant, if not prohibited by SOS policy, to make a diagnosis different than their partners. I saw Dr. Fatti twice for my current problem; on my first visit he diagnosed my problem as a broken 5th digit (baby toe).
