I used your automated service to connect me 'directly' with a company. I had NO CLUE who I was being directed to and we did not have a good phone connection. I also had NO IDEA what phone number I was being connected to or what company it was or anything, so no way to call them back. We have Frontier's new phone service and our phones have had issues, so not sure what the connection issue was. Mr Nava listened to what I wanted. He and his crew were very thorough at their job and skills. I was so proud of how my yard, bushes, hedges and flower beds looked after they were do. I conpletly recommend Mr. Nava and his crew.
