I loved how they treated me, all were kind. Pretty wait room.
Mixed feelings as I am also a Registered Nurse, so my views are a little biased. My husband was recently seen for a patellar tendon repair. Long story made short, I felt the communication could have been better. I had to continuously check on him in PACU as the hours ticked on, and the responses I received were very vague. One nurse in particular by the last name Vogel was less than pleasant or helpful, offered no support or explanation of his status in PACU, and pretty much left me with no answers. The service I received yesterday from my surgery team is outstanding
I have been receiving service from the fine men and women of NMCSD for over 20 years. This week I had to have my gallbladder removed. Everyone from the prep team, anesthesiologists, surgeons and recovery were wonderful. They made sure I had all my questions answered and was not worried about anything. And the patient wifi and other services were great. Thank you for a positive experience!
