After a few days in the ICU, I can say the care I received from each nurse was phenomenal!
Went for my eye exam and they were very nice and provided excellent care, the wait is not long. And as for the pharmacy they did an excellent job as well, since I can't see good due to some eye medication they did help me thru the kiosk to get my number unfortunately the machine says I'm not listed but the staff gave me my manual number. He was very polite , calm, efficient and fast. He attended to me right away. They told me to wait 30 minutes for them to process my prescription but they only took 10! Dr. Toledano, Dr Gastineau (sp?) and the PICU staff are always professional and caring. They go above and beyond in ensuring we understand everything and in making our visit pleasant. I also want to give high praise for Pharmacy customer service rep Ms. Boaz who solved an ongoing issue we have had with the pharmacy filling a rx. Mr. Parker in the pharmacy also provided assistance in getting the issued solved. Thank you!
Been here before good place and staff....Better than the VA.
