As a medical provider myself for more than 20 years, I always make sure I introduce myself and respond to patients' needs. I keep them inform about plan of care. Today, I took my son to the ER, never knew who was my son's nurse. Saw three or four staff came in did my son's v/s. We were left for 2 hours not knowing any plans. Md came ( did not know his name either) and explains his plans. I asked what's the CXR result and he said he will get back to us. My husband had a neck fusion on the 17th of March. The Neurosurgeon Dr. Porensky and his team deserve nothing less than 5 stars. The fifth floor west nursing staff, housekeeping and dietary all were fabulous and accommodating. We are stationed at Ft Irwin, CA so we were 140 miles from home. Thank you so much for your service to our military. May God bless you in all that you do!
